Paul has been working in the outdoor industry for over 20 years, he is passionate about getting people of all abilities into the great outdoors. Paul spends most of his time in the mountains either climbing or walking with groups and for personal enjoyment.

Katie has been with Dynamic since 2005. She’s our paddling specialist, found on the river whenever possible, but also loves to get out climbing, hiking, or anything else that’s a good adventure! Katie is always accompanied by JD her trusty chocolate Labrador who is a great hit with all the groups.

Nicky joined us in 2016 after freelancing for us for a number of years previously. She's worked in the industry for 11 years, running expeditions all across the world, including New Zealand, Mongolia, India and Nepal to name a few! She's a First Aid Tutor, Mountain Leader, and Paddlesport Coach. Her main passion is being in the mountains, but you'll find her on the water when she gets the chance.

Manager of the office and behind the scenes operations, Ellen ensures the smooth running of the Adventure Centre, providing the single point of contact for all staff and clients within the constant flux of the Dynamic’ hub. Whilst the instructing team fly in and out, she’s the constant presence keeping projects moving. She joined the team in 2015 and since then, has developed systems which enable the company to grow whilst maintaining it's quality; she deals with all inquiries, bookings, budgeting, marketing, recruitment as they arise. She makes order from the chaos and thrives on the challenges each day brings.

Paul started at Dynamic Adventures as a trainee, and developed both his personal and leadership skills quickly. He's run expeditions around Europe and the UK, and loves to climb, whether it's at the local wall, or up on Dartmoor when the weather's nice.

When not instructing, he's our in-house web and graphic designer, and tech support!

Emma started off as a Trainee at Dynamic Adventures in 2015 and has since worked seasonally and freelance for the company. She loves all outdoor activities especially kayaking, climbing, skiing and snowboarding. If she's not on the water or skiing down a slope, you’ll find Emma travelling the world and exploring its beautiful and fascinating places. Emma's run expeditions throughout the UK and Europe and has travelled extensively outside of work.
