Course Details

This two day Level 3 Outdoor First Aid course is perfect for anyone looking to work or spend time in the mountains, on the rivers, running DofE, Ten Tors or for families doing things a bit further afield, away from help. The qualification is a requirement for most other outdoor qualifications to be valid, and must be revalidated every 3 years. A mix of classroom based learning and outdoor casualty simulation.

• Choking

• Breaks/ Dislocations/ Sprains + Strains 

• Burn

• Anaphylaxis

• Seizures

• Asthma

• Head + Brain Injuries

• Outdoor and Remote specific scenarios
