Level 3 Outdoor First Aid

This two day Outdoor First Aid course is perfect for anyone looking to work or spend time further afield, away from help. The award is a requirement for most outdoor qualifications, and must be revalidated every 3 years. A mix of classroom based learning and outdoor casualty simulation. 

First Aid for Mental Health

We offer Level 2 & 3 courses aimed at providing the knowledge to identify and address mental health conditions, the effects of drugs and alcohol and more.

Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work

This one day course covers both theoretical and practical training covering hygiene, resuscitation, bleeding and much more.

Level 2 Basic Life Support

A three hour course providing knowledge of CPR, using AEDs, Recovery Position and more. A great course suitable for all, delivering critical skills for life-saving in an emergency.
